Most items listed below are not independent of each other, but can be cross-referenced for powerful results. For example you may generate a listing of your Gold Level customers, who have birthdays in May, who live in a particular zip code range, who like to purchase a particular vendor's collection and have spent over $1000 in the past 4 months in your Midwest stores.

Maintain up to 99 months of detail on each customer. This information may be viewed at the register, in the office or generated on a printed report or file.

Event Tracking
Identify who responded to promotions, how promotions performed, how promoted items performed and how all sales performed as a result of a particular promotion.

Birthday Clubs
Track birthdays, anniversaries or any other customer unique date, in order to market promotions specific to that individual.

Multiple Frequent Shopper Levels
You may offer customer tiers such as silver, gold and platinum for your best customers. Or, you may categorize customers by type such as collectors, teachers, models, or any other criteria you deem appropriate.

Salesperson and Customer Lists
Generate lists for your salespeople to contact customers that are directly or indirectly linked to a salesperson, store, region, etc.

Disenfranchised Customer Lists
Generate lists of customers who haven't been in your store for a period of time. Not only may this get them back as customers, it may identify areas within your organization in which improvements can be made.

Define Customer Attributes
Above and beyond our standard reports, Prism provides up to 50 user-defined fields in which you may report on your customers. For example, are they grandparents? Do they collect unique items? Do they want to be contacted for a particular markdown?

Report on Customer Preferences
Report on customer purchases by item, vendor, department, class, category, sales dollars, zip code range, and birthday, even customers who haven't been in the store within a particular time period.
